Returns & exchanges
The short version
If the dress isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and still have its original tags and packaging.
How to start
- Email support@tulleluce.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the dress back in its original packaging.
- Once it arrives and passes a quick check, we issue the refund or ship the exchange.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. There is no restocking fee. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
