Shipping & delivery

Cost

Shipping is free and tracked on every order across all 50 states. There is no minimum spend and no code to enter.

Timing

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated U.S. delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

For a birthday, we recommend ordering at least three weeks ahead so there is room for the full window plus time to try the dress on.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email straight after checkout and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated after five business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Duties & taxes

Any duties or import taxes outside the United States are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
